First step
Complete these basic checks before requesting support
Many temporary issues can be resolved with a few safe checks: Follow the steps below in order before restarting your transaction.
- Confirm that your internet connection is working and refresh the page once.
- Close the browser completely and open it again.
- Make sure your browser and the operating system on your device are up to date.
- Open bursverenler.org directly in Safari or Chrome instead of the browser inside Instagram, WhatsApp or another app.
- If possible, try again using another internet connection or another supported device.
After pressing a button on a form, application or payment screen, wait for the transaction to finish. Repeating the same action within a short time may create more than one record.
Solution by issue
Choose the step that matches your situation
The page does not open or appears blank
Check your internet connection, open the page directly in Safari or Chrome and refresh it once. If the issue continues, follow the recommendations in the Supported Browsers and Devices guide.
I cannot log in or my password does not work
Check your email address, password field and account verification status. For detailed steps, use the Login and Password Issues guide.
A form button does not work or my information is not saved
Confirm that all required fields are complete and that there is no warning message on the page. If you uploaded a file, wait until the upload is complete. Then try the action only once more.
I cannot upload a document or photo
Check the file format, size and name, as well as your upload connection. For step-by-step help, open the Document Upload Issue guide.
I see an error during a payment or transaction
Do not submit the same transaction repeatedly. First check the transaction status in your account and the activity for the payment method you used. For application transactions, consult the Application Service Fee and Payment Process guide.
The page or keyboard is difficult to use on a mobile device
Use the device in portrait orientation, close the keyboard before scrolling and try again in an up-to-date version of Safari or Chrome. Do not use an in-app browser.

Scope of support
What can technical support help with?
Technical support can help investigate technical matters such as access to the website, account screens, browser compatibility, system error messages, form use and file uploads.
The bursverenler.org technical support team cannot change a scholarship provider's criteria, assessment, result date or final decision. For details about each party's role, review the Platform, Institution and Donor Responsibilities guide.
If the issue occurs in the Institution Management Panel, include the institution's name and the panel page where the issue appears. Do not add scholarship recipients' or applicants' personal data to the support message.
