Quick check

Resolve on-screen notices before your application is complete

A completed-looking form does not necessarily mean that the application has been submitted. After submission, check the status, notice or next-step information shown on the relevant programme screen.

  • Check that required fields and requested documents are complete.
  • Select the submit button only once and wait for the screen to respond.
  • Open the relevant scholarship programme again from your account after the action.
  • Review the status and any missing-information notice shown on screen.
Do not submit the same application again

If an application record or status appears after your action, do not submit the same application repeatedly. Check the status first.

On-screen information

The application screen guides you

I can see an application status

A status linked to your application indicates that there is an application record. Review the Application Statuses guide for its meaning.

I can see a missing field or document notice

Follow the notice on the application screen. If the system allows it, complete the missing field or requested document, then check the status again.

I cannot see any information about the application

Check that you logged in to the correct account and opened the relevant programme. If the issue appears technical, use the Technical Support guide.

Checklist

Review this information after applying

  1. Check the programme and application status

Return to the relevant programme screen in your account.

  2. Review documents and information

If a notice appears, confirm that the requested field is current and readable.

  3. Follow programme announcements

Assessment and results timetables vary by programme. Follow the programme page and the institution’s announcements.

A complete application is not a scholarship result

An application appearing in the system may indicate that it was received or is in process. The final scholarship decision belongs to the relevant scholarship-providing institution.
