Applications can be made at any time of the year.

What Does the Scholarship Cover?

- National or international competitions, seminars, research projects, meetings, and activities focused on culture, arts, and science that students will participate in.

- Necessary expenses for students to participate in these activities, including travel costs, meal expenses, accommodation fees, and costs for renting or purchasing equipment required to carry out the activity.

Applications should be submitted via email by sending the prepared file to info@yucelkulturvakfi.org.

Response and Evaluation

Applications undergo preliminary review and are evaluated at the next Foundation Board of Directors meeting. The decision is communicated to the applicant within 15 days following the meeting.

What Are the Evaluation Criteria?

During the evaluation:

  • The contributions of the project to students,
  • The sustainability of the activity,
  • The extent to which self-funding supports the project,
  • The resources allocated by the foundation for scholarships that year are considered.

Can Applications Be Made Annually?

If the resources of the school or student groups are insufficient, they can reapply for the same project in different periods.

Is Any Compensation Required?

This support is entirely free of charge. However, submitting a final report to the foundation is expected as it can serve as a reference for future support.

Does the Foundation Bear Any Responsibility?

The foundation does not bear any responsibility for the execution of supported projects. This responsibility lies entirely with the school management implementing the project.

What Happens If the Project Does Not Materialize?

Foundation support is only for the specified project. If the project does not take place, the allocated funds must be returned to the foundation.

Can In-Kind Support Be Provided?

In addition to monetary support, assistance in the form of equipment, experts, licenses, rentals, and other means can also be provided.

How Are Payments Made?

Payments are made through an authorized bank.

Does It Cover International Trips?

The application covers all international projects that contribute to the development of young people. Activities in various fields such as culture, arts, science, and technology are included.

Is There a Limit to the Scholarship?

There is no minimum or maximum limit for the scholarship amount. Support is determined based on the criteria set by the Foundation Board of Directors.
