Accessing applications
Select the scholarship programme you want to review
An institution may have more than one scholarship programme, and each programme is assessed separately under its own conditions. In the institution panel, select the relevant programme before opening its applicant list.
- Confirm that you have selected the correct scholarship programme.
- Select the relevant date or period, then use the search icon to display the list.
- Use more than one query or filter condition together where available.
- Review applicants for each programme independently.
Application list
Review applicant records from the list
The list includes core applicant records and the application date. You can revise the available search and filter selections, then reload the list to reach the applicant group relevant to your assessment.
Can I use more than one filter?
Yes. You may combine available filters with your programme selection. A filter result is not a final decision; each record should still be reviewed carefully by the institution.
What does the application date show?
It shows the date on which the applicant’s application was recorded in the system. It should be considered separately from the programme’s assessment criteria.
Can previous-period records be displayed?
Depending on the panel’s period and validity options, current or previous application records may be available. The relevant programme process and your institution’s decisions determine which records are assessed.
Applicant details
Open the applicant’s form with “View”
The “View” action in the application list opens the applicant’s form and the information shared for the application. Review education, financial need, contact and other requested information together with the documents uploaded by the applicant.
- Use information only to assess the scholarship application and manage the programme process.
- Review the form and uploaded documents together.
- Do not assume that a missing or unclear item is automatically a reason for rejection.
- Where necessary, use the appropriate process to request an additional document or invite the applicant to an interview.
Applicant forms and documents must be used only by authorised institution administrators for the assessment and follow-up of the relevant scholarship programme. Do not share this information for purposes outside the programme.
Internal work
Use tracking and assessment notes consistently
The # action area in the application list can help administrators record their views during selection and follow up after a scholar has been selected.
- Add the date, a short explanation and the next action where appropriate.
- Avoid repeating unnecessary personal data in notes.
- Assume that authorised institution administrators may see internal notes.
- Record final decisions through your institution’s authorised process and programme criteria.
Continue the assessment
Choose the appropriate next action
After opening applicant records, you can assess applications against programme criteria, proceed to scoring and ranking, or request additional information where needed.
