Present your institution clearly and reliably
The institution is responsible for the accuracy and currency of all profile information and documents. The profile helps students and donors understand the organisation’s activities, scholarship programmes and contact information.
- Institution description, areas of activity and contact details.
- Institution logo and, where applicable, programme-specific logos or images.
- Website address and links requiring verification.
- Board, staff, financial information or other documents the institution wishes to present.
- References, institutional videos and current announcements.
Update request
Send changed information through the authorised institution contact
When a published institution description, logo, contact detail or document needs to change, the authorised institution contact should send updated materials to bursverenler.org. Published content is reviewed and updated accordingly.
What should I send for a logo change?
Send the new logo with the institution name, preferably in high-resolution PNG, JPG or SVG format. If separate programme logos exist, state which programme each logo belongs to.
How should I update the institution description?
Send both the wording to be replaced and the new wording. State separately if contact details, activity areas or the legal name of the institution have changed.
What if documents or references change?
Send the current document or link and state clearly whether the previous content should be removed.
Keeping information current
Correct incomplete or inaccurate information promptly
Institutions are responsible for keeping institution details, documents, logos and references current. When bursverenler.org identifies incorrect or incomplete information, the institution should check and correct it where necessary.
- Report changes to address, phone, email or website.
- Update details when the board or authorised signatories change.
- Request removal of outdated announcements, documents, links and logos.
- Send bank-account or IBAN changes through the authorised institution contact.
Administrator profile
Keep the institution profile distinct from administrator profiles
The public institution profile is different from an administrator’s personal user profile. Administrators can update their own profile photo, contact details and password. This information may be visible in platform communication with applicants.
