Information that can be updated
Send every changed programme condition clearly
Institution administrators do not edit the published programme directly in the panel. Send the changes to bursverenler.org; the programme text and relevant fields are reviewed and updated in the system.
- Scholarship amount, support duration and payment period.
- Quota or number of recipients.
- Application opening and closing dates.
- Eligibility, academic or financial-need criteria.
- Required documents, assessment method and continuation conditions.
- Programme name, description or target student group.
Update request
Send the existing and new information together
To ensure the request is applied accurately, state exactly what will change. Where possible, send the current wording, the replacement wording and the date from which it will apply.
What should I include in my request?
Include the programme name, field to be changed, current information, new information and the effective date.
What should I do when the quota is full?
The institution decides whether applications remain open, the quota is increased or the programme closes. Include that decision in your update request.
Can criteria change after applications have started?
Such changes can affect current and prospective applicants. Send the new criteria, reason and effective date clearly so the process remains fair and understandable.
Dates and application status
Keep application periods current
Application opening and closing dates are particularly important for students. Inform the bursverenler.org team promptly if you extend, close early or reopen an application period.
- Provide new dates in day/month/year format.
- State whether applications are open, closed or continuing under specific conditions.
- Include changes to assessment or result-announcement timelines.
- Request the removal of outdated wording that could mislead students.
Support
Send your request through the right channel
Your institution’s authorised person should submit changes to programme text, criteria, dates or quotas. Use the technical support guide for panel access or screen issues.
