When should I update?
Check changed information without delay
Accurate and current information in your application form is important for the scholarship-providing institution’s assessment. Review the fields if your education, contact, residence, family circumstances or documents change.
Not every field or stage can be edited by the user. Follow the on-screen guidance and do not create a new account.
Step by step
How do you update your form?
-
Log in to your account
Open the form or relevant scholarship programme you want to update.
-
Check editable fields
Use the update or edit options in the form to review changed information.
-
Renew documents
If a requested document has changed, upload a current, readable file that belongs to you.
-
Save and check the status
After the action, check the application status and notices on the relevant programme screen.
Fields that cannot be edited
Do not create a new account for information affecting identity or verification
Some identity and account-verification information may not be editable by the user. If you need to update such a field, describe the issue clearly and request support through the Contact Us page.
Creating a second account for the same person can mix up application, document and contact records. Request support through your existing account.
Check and support
Follow your application after updating
- Check that form notices and required fields are complete.
- Track the application status from the relevant programme screen.
- Send assessment or result questions through the channel indicated by the relevant programme.
- Request technical support for page or upload issues.
