Before signing in
Make sure your authorised administrator account is set up
Only authorised administrator accounts may access the Institution Management Panel. An administrator account is set up once the required institution information and security process have been completed.
- Each administrator must sign in with their own email address and password.
- More than one administrator account can be assigned to the same institution and authorised administrators can work at the same time.
- Do not use a shared email address or shared password.
- Remove access for former administrators and add new authorised users promptly.
Accessing the panel
You can enter the Institution Management Panel from two locations
How do I enter from the top menu?
First sign in with your administrator account. Select “Institution Sign In” from the menu that opens when you click your name in the top-right area of the page.
How do I use the Institution Sign In link in the footer?
The “Institution Sign In” link at the bottom of the website opens the same Institution Management Panel. Use it after signing in with your administrator account.
What can I do in the panel?
Depending on your permissions, you can view or manage scholarship programmes, application lists, applicant documents, messages, recipient records and donation information.
Security
Protect administrator access and student data
Applicant, recipient and donor information in the institution panel must be viewed only for the relevant process. Never share your password, and sign out after using a shared computer.
- Do not share panel screens, applicant documents or downloaded lists outside the institution.
- Do not send sign-in information by email, message or telephone.
- Notify the relevant institution contact promptly when administrator roles change.
- Use application data only for the scholarship programme and within your permission scope.
Sign-in issues
Check that you are using the correct account
If you cannot see the Institution Sign In option, your account may not have institution-administrator permission. If you have forgotten your password or experience an access issue, follow the sign-in and password guide first.
