What is the Master’s – Doctoral Scholarship?

The Master’s – Doctoral Scholarship is open to researchers, project owners, or individuals pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree who are not older than 33 years of age at the time of application. Research, studies, or projects from all scientific disciplines that contribute to the development of our country are eligible for this program.

The Board of Directors has the discretion to fully or partially cover the requested support amount, provide more than requested if deemed necessary, or extend the duration of the support provided.

What are the Application Requirements for the Master’s – Doctoral Scholarship?

  • There is no deadline for applying for these scholarships. Applicants may submit their applications at any time. Your application will remain valid for 12 months.
  • Applications are first reviewed by the scholarship committee. If deemed suitable, the application is included in the agenda of the Board of Directors, which meets monthly. Applicants are notified if their application is discussed, and a decision is communicated within 10 business days following the meeting.
  • Applicants are not required to be enrolled in an institution. The only requirement is that the applicant must be not older than 33 years at the time of application.
  • Applicants must draft a petition outlining their reasons for applying, their field of study, and their request. They should attach detailed explanations about their project or research, including feasibility reports, cost tables, and other relevant documentation.
  • Applications are accepted online through our platform. If project or budget files exceed the upload limits of the website, these documents can be sent to the Yücel Cultural Foundation via email or other means. There is no file size limit, and formats such as .pdf, .doc, and .xls are accepted.
