GÜSİAD Scholarship

Gümüşhane Industrialists and Businessmen Association (GÜSİAD) – 2025–2026 Academic Year Scholarship Program

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Applicants must be originally from Gümüşhane.
2. All students who have lost their father and apply will automatically be awarded a scholarship.
3. Students enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of university programs (except preparatory classes) are eligible to apply. A minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 is required. Students in the 5th and 6th years of Medicine or Dentistry programs are also included.
4. If three university students live in the same household, at least one of them will receive a scholarship regardless of academic performance. However, each applicant must complete and upload their own application documents.
5. For the 2025–2026 academic year, each student will receive a total of 5,000 TL, paid in two installments of 2,500 TL each. The first payment will be made on December 15, and the second by April 15 at the latest. Scholarships will be granted to a total of 250 students.
6. Applications will be accepted between October 7 and November 7, 2025.

Required Documents:

• A current, signed, and stamped transcript (unsigned or unstamped documents will not be accepted)
• A current student certificate (from the university or via the e-Government portal)
• A double-sided copy of the national ID card (For new ID cards that do not include the place of birth, an additional “Population Registration Record” must be uploaded from the e-Government portal.)
• A “Population Registration Record” for students whose fathers are deceased
• One recent photograph

Notes:

1. Applications that do not meet the above criteria or contain incomplete or incorrect information will not be considered.
2. All application data is securely stored in accordance with personal data protection principles. Information about the results will only be shared with the applicant.
