Donor search

Search by donor name, email or telephone

You can search by a donor’s name to review which of your projects they have supported and their total donation amount. Where available, you may also search by the donor’s email address or telephone number.

How do I use wildcard characters in a donor name search?

Use the * character to search from the beginning, end or within a name.

  • ay*: names beginning with “ay”, such as Ayşe, Aylin or Aysu.
  • *ay*: names containing “ay”, such as Ayşe, Koray or Saynur.
  • *ay: names ending with “ay”, such as Koray, Doğanay or Sonay.
  • *an*: names containing “an”, such as Doğanay, Kenan or Osman.
Can I use Turkish characters and upper or lower case?

Yes. You may use Turkish characters such as ş, ğ, ç, ü and ö, as well as upper- and lower-case letters.

Can I see which projects a donor has supported?

Yes. A donor search helps you review which organization or project donation pages the donor has supported and the total support shown in the query.

Excel and reporting

  • Confirm the selected date, project or donor query before exporting.
  • Store the Excel file in a secure organization environment.
  • Do not share it with unauthorised people or external channels.
  • Use donor information only for donation and programme management.
Personal data
