Step 1
Choose the organization, scholarship or project you wish to support
Review the organizations, scholarship programmes and project pages in the donation list, then select the donation channel you wish to support. Each page explains the purpose of the donation, the work it supports and any relevant conditions.
- Read the organization or project description carefully.
- Check which scholarship programme or project the donation will support.
- Donation options may vary by page, including open, fixed or minimum amounts.
- Where there are multiple channels, select the exact page you want to support.
Step 2
Enter the donation amount and complete secure payment
Set your support amount on the selected donation page, then proceed through the online payment step. Payments are managed through secure payment infrastructure.
- Enter an amount consistent with the options on the relevant page.
- Share payment details only in the secure payment screen.
- Donations made with Bonus-featured bank credit cards may be split into up to six instalments.
- Before completing payment, check the selected organization, scholarship or project again.
Step 3
Follow your payment result and donation record
Once the donation is completed, the system creates a transaction result and related notification. Check the payment result and any email notification to confirm that your donation was completed.
- Review the result shown after payment.
- Ensure that your email address is correct.
- Keep transaction documentation or information where needed.
- If you experience a payment issue, request technical help without sharing card details.
Scholar selection
You may state a selection preference in eligible programmes
In some scholarship programmes, a donor may state preferences or criteria for the scholar they wish to support; in others, the donor may leave selection to the relevant institution’s authorised process. These options are not the same on every donation page.
- A donor preference does not remove programme requirements or document verification.
- Applicant information may be shared only where necessary and permitted.
- Information about all applicants is not open to donors.
- Donors cannot select first-degree relatives for scholarship support.
Direct payments from donors to scholars are not used in order to protect young people and manage scholarship processes consistently. Donations and scholarships are managed within the relevant institution’s programme structure.
Alternatives and refunds
Check alternative methods and refund terms in advance
Some donation initiatives may offer bank transfer or other methods. Check current instructions through the relevant donation page or the organization’s official channel.
- Use the correct project or programme information in any donation reference.
- Obtain bank account details only from the organization’s current official guidance.
- Remember that donations transferred directly to a student or project purpose may not be refundable.
- Review the purpose, method and conditions of the donation before proceeding.
