When considering health information
This is an informational conversation series covering different health and well-being perspectives. Personal health decisions should always be considered in the context of your own circumstances and, where appropriate, discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Why do we recommend this programme?
Young people encounter a large amount of health information online, and it can sometimes be difficult to evaluate it. We find this programme valuable because it creates space to discuss different health topics, ask questions and strengthen health literacy through a structured series of conversations.
